Position Summary – Responsible for soliciting and signing major healthcare manufacturers and distributors (“vendors”) with third party leasing programs with the potential of funding $3 million plus in annual, lease volume. Responsible for sourcing leads, cold calling, formally presenting our value proposition, negotiating program agreements, signing and launching programs. This position offers the ability to work remotely.

 

Essential Functions

  • Call on prospective healthcare equipment manufacturers and distributors to generate National Account relationships
  • Grow existing relationships through consultative selling
  • Manage vendor relationships on an ongoing basis
  • Develop and maintain accurate data in client database
  • Achieve monthly sales volume and account management goals
  • Work with inside sales team and Sales support team to ensure the highest level of service and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Seven plus years of successful consultative sales related experience in the leasing industry with a proven track record of success
  • Healthcare experience strongly preferred
  • Must be a polished presenter, able to persuade “C” level decision makers
  • Relationship management skills
  • Ability to travel (approximately 10%)
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Self driven, results oriented individual with clear focus on high quality and profitability
