In addition to a base salary, our Sales – Business Development Representative position includes a commission component that is based on achieving and exceeding team initiatives, so you are in control of your overall compensation.
As the Premier Commercial Financing Company within the small ticket market, Marlin is currently operating under a business strategy to grow and expand.
To support our efforts to grow originations in line with our corporate strategy. This requires assisting in developing and cultivating customers and prospects in coalition with our Business Development team. Your goal is to maintain and expand the sales activity levels of the current program relationships within specifically defined accounts. Our approach is to be “consultative” and help our customer’s grow their business by taking advantage of the benefits of commercial financing using telephone/email communication, exceptional customer experience, and expedition of documentation packages. A very professional and customer service oriented approach is both important and required. Marlin will provide extensive training and support to help you succeed.
