    Marlin Business Services is seeking a Booking Account Representative & Document Review Associate for small ticket commercial equipment leasing in a fast paced and high-volume sales environment. The qualified candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to) reviewing the terms and conditions with our lease customers, reviewing the lease documentation packet, data entry of lease documentation packages in our database, scanning/indexing documents, providing additional support for our Contract Management Specialists and Sales channels. Qualified candidates must be energetic, detailed oriented with strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to work independently in a team setting.

    Essential Functions:

    -Providing support point for Business Development Mangers with ongoing processing of financing agreements to ensure stipulations and conditions have been met and are in adherence to Company policy.
    -Responsible for review and processing of documentation for financing agreements using comprehensive knowledge of policies and procedures.
    -Preparation and data entry of financing agreements and related documentation utilizing Marlin’s contract system interfaces – Rapport, SalesForce and Aspire
    -Responsible for developing and maintaining critical relationships with sales and team leads as well as all levels of internal associates daily.
    -Communicate in multiple mediums within the organization
    -Filing and electronic scanning of financing agreements and related documentation
    -Comply with audit and procedural requirements
    -Monthly and weekly quality assurance audits
    -Assist Management with ad-hoc projects
    -Responsible for assisting in recommending improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of processes



    -High School Diploma and/or 4 years of equivalent business-related work experience
    -Leasing experience preferred but not required
    -Finance Agreement/Documentation review experience a plus
    -Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    -Strong interpersonal skills and ability to leverage relationship building skills
    -Excellent computer skills to include: MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    -Proven ability to multi task effectively in a fast paced, deadline-oriented sales environment
    -Customer service focus and a professional approach to servicing B2B relationships
